Equipment Introduction
The crepe machines are used to make crepes.Crepe machine consists of the crepe forming machine , the drying conveyor, and the cutting & stacking machine, and automates a series of processes such as the continuous baking of the pastry, drying, and cutting, cream spreading, automatic rolling and cutting etc on the conveyor.
Working Process
Crepe machine working process :Firstly, put the well-mixed raw material (Mixture of cake flour, sugar, fresh milk, egg, butter etc.) into the hopper. The machine continuously bakes and forms the crepe on the drum heated at 100-200℃, dries the crepes on the conveyor, cuts into the desired length, spread the cream on the crepes, and then rolls crepes and cuts the rolled crepes on the conveyor, and finally transfers cream crepes cake.
