Maintenance of fryers is essential to extend the life of the equipment and maintain its performance. Here are some common maintenance and care methods:
Daily maintenance:
Tighten the bolts: After each week of use, tighten the bolts, paying special attention to the tightness of the AC contactor terminals, chains and screws.
Cleaning equipment: The equipment should be cleaned regularly, but strong acids and alkalis should not be used to clean the frying equipment. You can use edible alkali or detergent to heat to about 50 degrees, turn on the mesh belt and run for 60 minutes, and then use a soft brush to clean the mesh belt, mesh belt bracket and oil impurities on the surface of the pot body.
Check the electric heating tube: Clean the scale, carbonization and attached accumulation of materials on the surface of the electric heating tube every month to prevent heat accumulation and corrosion of the tube surface.
Clean the electric control box: Clean the electric control box every month to prevent short circuits.
Regular maintenance:
Cooling down and cleaning: Turn off the heating system and oil replenishment system, cool down and prepare caustic soda. Collect large pieces of dirt and oil residue, use a high-pressure water gun to clean the mesh belt, scraper strip, gear bracket, exhaust pipe, hood, filter and other dirty places, and then check carefully to ensure that they are clean.
Clean the filter: Use a high-pressure gun to wash the filter and rinse the inner and outer covers until they are clean.
Check the temperature controller: Measure the temperature controller frequently to ensure that the temperature is accurate. If the temperature is wrong, replace it in time.
Clean the stainless steel surface: The oil attached to the stainless steel surface needs to be cleaned in time, otherwise the oil will become jelly and more difficult to remove.
Precautions:
It is forbidden to spray the electric control box and heating tube with a water gun: It is forbidden to spray the electric control box and heating tube with a water gun to prevent short circuit and damage.
Use neutral detergent: When cleaning, use a soft cloth soaked in neutral detergent to wipe gently. Do not use metal brushes, corrosive solvents, etc. to avoid damaging the non-stick coating and the surface of the pot.
Prevent empty burning: Before powering on, water and oil must be added to the fryer, and the liquid level must be more than 10mm above the tube surface to prevent heating in the air (empty burning).
Prevent oil overflow: When the water level in the fryer is too high, drain the excess water through the oil drain valve to prevent oil overflow.
