The Crate Washing Machine is used to clean plastic turnover boxes or other containers. To ensure cleaning efficiency, the equipment is continuously cleaned. After the crate wash machine is started, the materials are conveyed to the driving device of the plate wash machine through a conveyor or manually. Firstly, spray hot water (to dilute the oil stains on the basket), then spray hot water under high pressure, and then spray tap water. The cleaning process is complete. Next, proceed to the drying section. Two sets of high-pressure fans will cut the water on the surface of the plastic basket, and then two sets of high-temperature fans will dry the plastic basket. At the end of the device, manually remove the plastic basket and place it neatly in a ventilated area.
