The structure of the box washer mainly includes the following parts:

Mechanical transmission system: This is the actuator of the cleaning equipment. The size of the cleaning equipment is determined according to the maximum size of the box parts to ensure that all parts within this range can be cleaned. The water spraying mechanism can automatically adjust the distance according to the size of the box to ensure that the distance between the high-pressure nozzle and the parts is always kept at 25cm during the entire water spraying process to ensure the overall cleaning effect of the parts.

Distance sensing system: The position signal of the high-pressure nozzle and the surface of the box is collected in real time through a high-precision analog output ultrasonic sensor. After the PLC reads the signal, it is compared with the analog value corresponding to the target distance. The actuator is driven by a stepper motor to ensure the required flushing distance, so that the high-pressure nozzle and the parts are kept equidistant during the whole process, so as to achieve a good flushing effect on all sides of the parts.

High-pressure water spraying system: A high-pressure plunger pump imported from abroad is used to provide stable and reliable high-pressure water. In order to adjust the flushing pressure in real time, an electro-hydraulic proportional pressure regulating valve is connected at the outlet of the high-pressure pump, and the potentiometer knob is adjusted to the required liquid pressure indication. The potentiometer transmits the corresponding voltage signal to the proportional pressure regulating valve controller, and the signal is converted by the amplification conversion device to drive the hydraulic actuator to adjust the valve core position, change the outlet liquid pressure, and feedback the position to the controller through the valve core displacement sensor, so as to realize the remote stepless adjustment function of the high-pressure pump outlet pressure.

‌Air drying system‌: After cleaning, heated air is used to blow dry the moisture on the surface of the object to achieve the drying effect.

‌Electrical control system‌: including control components such as PLC, which is responsible for reading the signal of the distance sensing system and controlling the operation of the stepper motor and the high-pressure water spraying system.
