Equipment Introduction
The Commercial Spring Roll Production Line is used to make pastry sheet.Spring roll wrapper making machine consists of the pastry machine , the drying conveyor, and the cutting & stacking machine, and automates a series of processes such as the continuous baking of the pastry, drying, and cutting & stacking on the conveyor.
Working Process
The Commercial Spring Roll Production Line working process :Firstly, put the well-mixed batter (Mixture of wheat flour and water) into the batter hopper. The machine continuously bakes and forms the pastry strip on the drum heated at 100-200℃, dries the pastry on the conveyor, cuts into the desired length (150-250mm), then stacks the desired number of pastry sheets on the conveyor, and finally transfers pastry sheets.
