Daily maintenance

Quarterly/half-year maintenance
According to the frequency of use and working environment of the coating machine, a quarterly or half-year maintenance cycle can be set. During this cycle, in addition to the monthly maintenance items, it is also necessary to conduct more in-depth inspection and maintenance of the key components of the coating machine, such as checking whether the exhaust fan is normal, overhauling the feeder, and checking the lubrication of each transmission part.
Annual maintenance
It is very necessary to perform a comprehensive annual maintenance on the coating machine every year. This includes a comprehensive inspection of all parts of the coating machine, replacement of severely worn parts, thorough cleaning and replacement of the lubrication system with new oil, and a comprehensive inspection and testing of the electrical system. Special maintenance
When changing the glue model or coating method, a thorough cleaning work is required, including emptying the original glue, adding the new model of glue and heating and melting it, cleaning the coating knife head and roller, etc. This special maintenance can ensure that the coating machine can operate normally after changing the glue or coating method to avoid glue residue or cross contamination.
